Born and raised in Bullard, Texas, Andy began his career serving in the United States Navy before transitioning into the pipeline industry, where he gained firsthand experience working on large-scale energy infrastructure projects. Through his work in the field, Andy observed critical gaps in workforce medical readiness and safety support on industrial job sites. Determined to address those challenges, he founded Drake Field Services with the mission of improving workforce health, strengthening safety culture, and providing reliable operational support to contractors and project owners.

Under Andy’s leadership, Drake has grown into a trusted partner for companies operating in high-risk and logistically complex environments, including pipeline construction, mining, energy infrastructure, and large-scale industrial development. The company’s integrated service model focuses on protecting workers, reducing operational risk, and helping clients maintain efficient, compliant project operations.
